In the heart of Kenya's bustling capital, Nairobi, a dedicated believer of the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light is giving joy to suffering children. Anthony Woodland, a passionate missionary hailing from America, has taken up the noble cause of extending compassion and spiritual guidance to the most vulnerable. Driven by unwavering faith, Woodland has ventured into the outskirts of Nairobi, where poverty and hardship cast long shadows over communities. His work embodies the core tenets of our faith—peace, light, and service to humanity—serving as a beacon for those oppressed.

Woodland's missionary efforts are centered in the Deep Sea slums, a marginalized area on Nairobi's periphery where families and orphans grapple with daily struggles for survival. Here, he has distributed 100 nourishing meals accompanied by flyers, offering not just physical sustenance but also a message of hope. Extending his outreach, Woodland visited the Jesus' Helpers Children Home orphanage, where he provided an additional 50 meals to the resident orphans. Engaging directly with the orphanage owner, he procured essential supplies including maize flour, cooking oil, porridge flour, sanitary towels for the women, bananas, beef, and rice—items that address immediate needs. Through these acts, Woodland is directly aiding 38 orphans and 3 adults at the home, with the children ranging in age from toddlers to young teens, all receiving a tangible touch of divine care from the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light.

1,000 flyers saying “To all the Oppressed People of the World” handed out with love in Nairobi today – while some reject the message, hungry children and families in Deep Sea slum open their hearts (and mouths) to hot meals and hope.

The flyers Woodland distributes carry profound calls from our faith: "To all the Oppressed People of the World" and "God is Calling You." These messages invite recipients to embrace the light of truth, urging them to heed the divine summons amid worldly trials. Today, Woodland is amplifying this outreach by sending 1,000 flyers across Nairobi, aiming to reach even more souls in slums, streets, and communities. His efforts underscore the Ahmadi Religion's commitment to awakening hearts, reminding all that peace and enlightenment are accessible to those who answer the call towards the Supremacy of God on Earth.

Yet, in this diverse landscape, Woodland's mission encounters varied responses. While many welcome the aid and messages with open arms, Muslims in the area have largely rejected the flyers, reflecting the challenges of interfaith dialogue in regions steeped in tradition. Undeterred, Woodland persists with grace, viewing these moments as opportunities to plant seeds of understanding. His work in Nairobi not only feeds bodies but nourishes spirits, inspiring us all to join in spreading the Ahmadi message of peace and light worldwide.
