Buddhist Scholar Shocked: “His God Taught Him Well”

On 3 December 2025, during the sacred month of Ramadan, a clear divine sign to raise the banner of “Allegiance is to Allah” more boldly struck me with all certainty. While opening TikTok that afternoon, I came across a livestream hosted by “Teacher Beer” – one of Thailand’s most well-known and respected Buddhist scholars – who had opened the floor exclusively for discussion on a single topic: “Does God exist?”
For nearly an hour I listened carefully as Teacher Beer engaged Christians, Muslims, and others who defended the existence of God. Only then, after praying intensely for divine assistance and remembering the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:16-20 – “do not worry about what to say… for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you” – I requested to join the live. To my surprise and joy, the scholar immediately accepted.
After politely introducing myself as Korddad, a follower of the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light and stating that we believe Aba Al-Sadiq is the current Representative of God on Earth, I began my contribution not with the usual external proofs that often lead to deadlock (“everything has a maker, so who made God?”), but with the inner proof that cannot be escaped: the universal divine instinct.
“Who placed inside every human being,” I asked, “this irresistible feeling that there must be something or Someone higher than us – a feeling that drives us to search, to worship, or at the very least to acknowledge a supreme power? The very fact that humanity across all cultures and eras is preoccupied with this question is itself the greatest evidence that God exists. If He did not exist, we would never even bother discussing Him.”
Teacher Beer agreed that the classic “who created the creator?” objection exposes the weakness of purely external arguments, but he attributed the instinct to fear and suffering: people invent a higher being to feel secure in an uncertain world. I countered calmly that many who experience this pull have no particular fear or hardship; the urge is simply there. Moreover, I continued, even the wealthy and powerful still feel it – otherwise philosophers, scientists, and billionaires would never waste time debating God.
The discussion then moved to its most crucial point. I explained that every religion imagines God according to its own limited understanding, which is why conceptions of the Divine differ so widely. The only way to know God as He truly is – not as a product of human fantasy – is through His living mouthpiece in every age. “For us,” I declared, “Gautama Buddha was a divinely appointed Representative who manifested the attributes of God. After him came his appointed successor Ananda, and the chain has never been broken. Today that chain reaches Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem. God has never left, and will never leave, the world without His authorized Vicegerent.”
I then addressed those who have lost trust in ancient scriptures: “If someone today says the stories of Moses splitting the sea or the miracles in the Qur’an are too old to be believed, there remains one undeniable path. Let them turn directly to God and say: ‘O God, if You truly exist, show me a sign that this man, Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem, is indeed from You.’ That supplication, made with sincerity, is answered in this age just as it was in every previous age.”
After concluding, I remained listening. Teacher Beer respectfully disagreed with the concept of Buddha as God’s Representative and with the idea of a personal successor after him, insisting that the Buddha left only the Dhamma (teaching) as successor, not a person. He also said that “anyone can tell people to ask God for a sign,” so it is not unique proof. Yet, to the surprise of many in the live chat, the scholar immediately added:
“Nevertheless, the guest who just spoke was taught very well. He has beautiful manners and conducted the discussion in an excellent way.”
When commenters asked, “Who taught him?” Teacher Beer smiled and replied, perhaps unintentionally, bore witness to the truth by replying: “His God taught him well.”
Thousands watched the exchange, and clips quickly spread across Thai social media. The entire event is a living fulfilment of the promise given to every believer who steps forward in the name of the Qaim: divine assistance descends and speaks through the tongue of the sincere.
May this small but luminous encounter in the Land of Smiles be the first of many, until the East and West unite under the banner of the Riser Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem.
