In a groundbreaking episode of the School of Divine Mysteries, hosted by the Mahdi Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem, an Orthodox Jew from Jerusalem, Israel, named Aharon, delivers a profound testimony that shatters religious divides and exposes the failures of modern faiths. Titled "Orthodox Jew from Israel Gives Allegiance to Mahdi," this episode features Aharon's incredible journey from devout Judaism to embracing the call of the Mahdi, Aba Al-Sadiq, and the Ahmadi Religion of Peace & Light.
As an Orthodox Jew raised in Israel, Aharon's acceptance of Prophet Mohammed and his successors, including Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib and the Mahdi, serves as a divine proof against those who reject the Supremacy of God. His words echo the prophecies of unification across Abrahamic religions, highlighting the necessity of finding the "Moses of the Time" or "Imam of the Time" in every era.
"I was looking for the righteous person, like it's written in the Torah, that I have to find my Moses," Aharon explains.
This mirrors the teachings of Mohammed and the Ahlul Bayt, who emphasize that every age has an Imam, and dying without knowing him is a death of ignorance. Aharon's sect of Judaism even shares a striking proverb with Shia traditions: believers must crawl to their Moses "even if the whole earth is with knives," akin to the Ahlul Bayt's saying of crawling "even if over ice" to reach the Mahdi.
What’s truly astonishing is Aharon's shock at the Muslim Ummah's betrayal of Prophet Mohammed. As an Orthodox Jew from Jerusalem, he expresses disbelief at how Muslims could follow a distorted Islam tracing back to figures like Omar, who infamously dismissed the Prophet as "hallucinating" on his deathbed and rejected his Will appointing Imam Ali as successor, along with the 12 Imams and 12 Mahdis.
"Would there ever be a Jew that would be living at the time of Moses, that would be standing at his deathbed and would dare to say, 'It's okay Moses, be quiet, we have the Torah, that's enough for us, you've done your thing, he's hallucinating'?" Aba Al-Sadiq asked.
Aharon called it a "great shame" and said it was also a great shame upon the Muslims for slaughtering the Prophet's family at Karbala and allowing nonworking scholars to corrupt the pure religion of Islam. This Orthodox Jew from Israel, schooling Muslims on their own history, is a poignant irony.
Aharon's amazement extends to the shared Abrahamic principle of the Supremacy of God—the idea that only God appoints rulers, not the people through democracy or tyranny. Drawing from the Torah's story of Saul and Samuel, where the Israelites rejected God's appointed leader in favor of a king "like other nations," Aharon parallels this with the Muslim rejection of Imam Ali and the Christian and Jewish drifts from divine appointment.
“It's obvious and clear that Christians believe in that, Jews believe in that, and Muslims believe in that. No one can claim that he can speak by the name of the Lord when God never asked him to," he states.
Yet, he laments how all three faiths have forgotten this, leading to 2,000 years of Jewish suffering due to rejecting Jesus, and 1,400 years of Muslim oppression under pharaoh-like tyrants for betraying the Ahlul Bayt.
In the episode, Aharon also delves into Quranic stories like Surah Al-Kahf, where Moses learns from a superior righteous servant—interpreted in AROPL’s teachings as Imam Ali speaking to Moses on the Mount. Aharon accepts this intermediary role without hesitation, affirming that God, being beyond all description, communicates through messengers, while even most Muslims today reject this belief.
"If he spoke to him and God cannot be likened to anything of his creatures, well, then obviously he's using somebody to do his bidding," he says.
This acceptance positions Aharon as a testament to the Mahdi Aba Al-Sadiq's call, proving that sincere seekers from any faith can recognize the Imam of the Time, just as Aba Al-Sadiq has always taught us—“God does not misguide His sincere seeking servants.”
The episode culminates in Aharon's pledge of allegiance to the Mahdi Aba Al-Sadiq, declaring:
"I found the Qa'im of the family of Muhammad. I, the Jewish man, have won the lottery and the Arabs have denied."
Aharon also used the opportunity to call out to all of his Jewish brothers and sisters, along with the Muslims and Christians, and urged all of them to take heed to this call and to investigate thoroughly.
Aharon now calls on Jews, Christians, Muslims, and all humanity to examine the Supremacy of God and seek the Moses of their Time. This testimony has already moved hearts worldwide.
In a recent report from Iraq, a skeptic father broke down in tears in front of his believing son, upon hearing Aharon's words, realizing the gravity of rejecting the Will of Prophet Mohammed and the crimes against the Prophet's family. For sincere Muslims whose hearts are open to guidance, this is a shocking wake-up call: while they attack Jews, an Orthodox Jew from Jerusalem, Israel, embraces the Mahdi and schools them on true Islam.
As the Ahmadi Religion of Peace & Light advances the Divine Just State, Aharon's story fulfills prophecies of interfaith harmony. It urges us to reject distorted religions and embrace the pure call of the Mahdi Aba Al-Sadiq.
Will you crawl over knives—or ice—to find the Imam of the Time? The choice is yours, but the proof is undeniable, Aharon did.
