Why Thousands Are Joining Aba Al-Sadiq Despite the Controversy

ree

Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq has stirred up much controversy over the years and in particular, recently. He has a long history of revealing truths which nobody else has the courage or ability to bring forth. This can clearly be seen in his teachings – whether it is in The School of Divine Mysteries on his Youtube channel (The Mahdi Has Appeared) or in his gospel The Goal of The Wise, there is so much one can review. He has been declared all sorts of things from being a mere heretic, right up to the Antichrist or Dajjal. This is no different than what the prophets and messengers encountered in their times from their people.

We all know the story of Noah and how he was treated by his people. We also saw the result of what Jesus was teaching – the crucifixion as demanded by the very people who he was foretold to appear to. So it is no surprise that the reaction emanating from the people of today is to immediately reject and discredit the authority figure from God who speaks to them on His behalf.

The attacks intensified against Aba Al-Sadiq when he declared openly and publicly, in a powerful series of sermons, that the false Pope Francis died in order to make way for him – the real Pope, who is the successor of Simon Peter, who in turn was the successor of Jesus – by the will of God. Prophet Mohammed also declared Aba Al-Sadiq in his final will and testament as one of the 12 Mahdis. No other man in all of history came forward and declared himself to be the Abdullah mentioned in the only documented and apparent will of prophet Mohammed.

Whether the attention directed at Abdullah Hashem was positive or negative, it would seem to be driven by a desire to ascertain the truth. On the one hand, it is usually argued that the truth is subjective, in other words, it is inspired by an already determined opinion or agenda. On the other hand, it is argued that the truth is objective – i.e. it is independent of what a person holds as an opinion or perspective.

We can use the example of the Earth being flat vs the Earth being spherical to illustrate the point. Some people will argue that the Earth is flat and present several pieces of evidence to support their argument. While others will present proofs to support the fact that the Earth is round. In reality only one of these perspectives can be true, because the Earth cannot be flat and round at the same time. So the subjective truth depends on which of these theories you accept while the objective truth which is independent of any opinion or bias and that is that the Earth is round as expressed by mainstream science.

There is a battle currently being waged independently to the works of Abdullah Hashem and his supporters in the sphere of public opinion. The two sides are opposed to one another and use the complete opposite approach when dissecting the call of Abdullah Hashem.

One side uses conjecture and hearsay giving a platform to those who profess enmity to Abdullah Hashem and his claims; while the other side takes a more academic and unbiased approach, giving an understanding of what has come from him and his call. Both sides are driven by a passion to establish an accepted and widely adopted narrative of this noble call.

We have seen a so-called self proclaimed cult hunter leading the charge by publishing various articles with information, sourced mainly from disgruntled and envious former believers. Unfortunately, this narrative has been adopted by more mainstream press publications. The academic publications of various university professors and human rights activists have been mostly ignored by the mainstream press, due to the clear need for sensationalism to sell headlines.

What is the significance of all of this? Why is it relevant to this article?

We see hundreds of people who have given up all their worldly possessions and made the journey from all parts of the world to join Aba Al-Sadiq and become a part of his community, and that number continues to rise. We also see thousands of people, from all parts of the world, recognising him as the only true authority on Earth with the legitimacy to speak on behalf of God, and in turn pledge their allegiance to him. Pledges are declared privately and publicly. Those that are public are recorded in videos by these individuals and are then published on The Mahdi Has Appeared YouTube channel in a dedicated playlist.

So how is this possible if he is as his critics say he is?

To answer that, I have elected to speak to several people from various parts of the world who have taken the oath of allegiance and made the necessary sacrifices to join him and his community. Each one of these people has a story to tell which includes some form of Divine inspiration and/or interjection but what unites them is their recognition of the truth of the man whom they have devoted themselves to. I asked them how they first discovered Abdullah Hashem, why they chose to follow him, what their lives were like beforehand, and the effect of joining his community on them.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

In 2014, a friend of mine talked to me about Ahmed Al-Hassan. I listened to his sermons and I believed. In 2015, the Black Banners of the East came out. A brother in faith informed me of that new matter. I made istikhara and I accepted.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

The proofs made sense and God was clearly with them. It was revealed later that year that the leader of this movement was Abdullah Hashem, He was appointed by name in the holy will of the Prophet Mohammed.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I joined Aba Al-Sadiq in 2017 when he moved to Germany. I left Switzerland and I came to live with the community of the Qa’im.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

Before coming I was working in my dad’s company, a car body repair firm in the beautiful Swiss Alps. The company was doing really well and I was supposed to take over the company. That’s what I gave up. A nice comfortable life, economically promising, in a peaceful and safe country with my family and friends. But in reality, I really haven’t given up anything because no-one from my old friends or family members could understand my faith, and I have found here many more friends and a beautiful family, a much more fulfilling life and the goal of my research, and the Qaim, the Imam of the time. I have also found comfort of mind, heart and soul. Life here is the best life you can expect. It is a glimpse of paradise. God treats us as His sons and daughters with the best Father imaginable, the best Mother and family.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

I feel like I am fulfilling the purpose of my life and the reason why I have been put on this planet. I feel like this is the only place on Earth which is true and where you can have a 360 degree view of reality: why we are living on Earth and what the purpose of life is. We are building a community, a state, a Divine Just State. We are reconstructing the state of the Generous, Just God. We are here as servants for the establishment of a new world built by God. I have seen since I joined only goodness from my Lord and from the Ahlul Bayt and from our guide and leader Aba Al-Sadiq. I have seen many things, many attacks, many injustices thrown at him and at his supporters and I have learned and I am still learning, the morals and manners of Ahlul Bayt on how to deal with and answer anyone, believers, disbelievers, lovers and haters, through wisdom, love, patience, generosity and mercy.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

I found Aba Al-Sadiq on my YouTube home page.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

After having prayed to Allah for guidance, I had a dream that confirmed to me that Aba Al-Sadiq is to be followed. There are clear signs in his life that show how he is motivated and determined to work for the sake of Allah and to help us understand God. He has taught the people sensible, religious knowledge with references from the Torah, Bible, and the Qur’an. Aba Al-Sadiq has shown how he is mentioned in the will of Prophet Muhammad and he is holding up a banner that has been prophesied to say “Allegiance is to God”.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

September 2024 and from New York.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

I used to be a college student and converted to Sunni and then Shia Islam after I graduated. Before I joined Aba Al-Sadiq, I was practising Shia jurisprudence. I gave up my possessions, I had money saved up. I also left my friends and family in the US to join the community of Abdullah Hashem.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

I feel more alive in the sense that there’s so much work to do, work which will serve God and not the tyrannical rulers. I feel blessed to be here, grateful for my new family, and honoured to be a part of the Divine Just State. I have seen nothing but a lively, wholesome community where the children are having the best childhood and my brothers and sisters are happily working together to serve the Imam of the time.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

I found Aba Al-Sadiq on YouTube. I was a truth-seeker who tried to combine Buddhism and Islam. I believed in reincarnation and Samsara, believing that there is a source of all, that oneness. One day I saw online The Mahdi Has Appeared channel and I was immediately hooked by the very person, Aba Al-Sadiq, who displayed knowledge that I realized is not Earthly. The way he explained the existence of reincarnation in Islam, together with the knowledge of archetypes and psychology made me realize that he is from God, the “true person” who is the Dao. Not long after, three weeks later, I had a dream in which Aba Al-Sadiq answered questions I had about Buddha, and after that I said “you are truly from God”.  Right after waking up from that dream, I pledged my allegiance.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

I was born in China and later I went to study in Australia. I joined the Qa'im after that. When I first met the Qa'im, it was my birthday. That birthday was a day of rebirth and the best birthday ever.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I joined the community on the 24th of February 2025. I flew from Australia to the UK.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

Before joining the Qaim, I was a University student who was studying psychology, hoping to be a psychologist. During that time, I realized that the schools don’t actively teach students the works of Carl Jung. On the contrary, schools teach them things based on physicality. After that, I realized that I had found the most knowledgeable man, who can lead and guide humanity. I gave up on the modern school system and went on to follow the Qa'im.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

The community of the Qa'im consists of the kind of people who are genuinely in search of the Truth. All my life I have never seen people who are as genuine and as kind as them.  In the community, I learned from Aba Al-Sadiq numerous teachings, teachings that are from his own actions. One of them is that we should always be at the service of the people, of humanity. He is the most-caring of the creation, most-caring of humanity. We witness and experience his generosity and compassion every single moment of his presence.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

I first heard about Aba Al-Sadiq through The Arrivals in 2008–2009, and then I watched the TADS series. Around that time I joined the Hashem Studios forum as a member under the username Reza64. I would spend hours watching every episode of TADS and The Arrivals, sitting at my laptop awaiting each new release. His videos were and still are the best.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

I have lived with Aba Al-Sadiq for 14 years, and in all that time I have never seen a single mistake from this noble man. He is truly the greatest man alive, and as we know, he is the one mentioned in the will of Prophet Muhammad. He is the promised Saviour of mankind, the Riser from the family of Muhammad. His message is the very same message of Prophet Muhammad and all the prophets and messengers before him, united as one. As for all the narrations of Ahl al-Bayt about the Mahdi and the Qa’im, I have seen them and found them fulfilled only in this man. I have witnessed his unmatched honesty and care. His loyalty to his friends and followers is unwavering, and whatever he promises, he fulfils. His morals and manners are exactly those we expect of the promised Saviour of mankind, and I see no one else embodying them in this way. He has dedicated himself to exposing the lies and deceptions of this world. For me, there is no excuse left except to pledge my allegiance to him.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I joined him in 2011, actually the fourth person to reach him and remain next to him on this path. I was living in the UK, studying Medical Genetics at Swansea University. I hold a master’s degree in this field and was pursuing my PhD when I heard the call of the Yamani, Imam Ahmad Al-Hasan. I knew I had to leave everything and follow the Imam. At that time, the only honest and truthful voice calling people to Imam Ahmad Al-Hasan was Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq. I was already familiar with his works, including The Arrivals and TADS, so I went to Egypt immediately. I travelled there in 2011 to join Aba Al-Sadiq, and I have remained by his side ever since.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

I was studying Medical Genetics at Swansea University, writing research papers with professional teams and running genetic experiments on human cells. I was also studying Islam on my own and searching for Imam Al-Mahdi. At the time, I lived with my mother, so leaving meant walking away from my studies, years of research, and my family. I have no regrets, I have gained far more than I left behind. Thank you, Aba Al-Sadiq, for freeing me and showing me the true reality. Now I have a wonderful wife and four children, a family of true believers (more than 300 Ansars), the best people I know, and my master, teacher, and lord, Aba Al-Sadiq, who is the most generous and merciful of all.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

I feel deeply blessed to be a part of the Community of the Qa'im. Here I witness peace, justice, tranquillity, and equality. I’ve found happiness and true freedom. I see a bright future for all of us and our children. The community is growing rapidly: people from the four corners of the earth live, eat, laugh, work, and study together. This is a remarkable successful proof that there is no racism and no division among us. It feels like the community of Prophet Muhammad.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

Finding Aba Al-Sadiq was a consequence of looking for God. I didn't know anything about the Mahdi, I didn't even know anything about prophets or messengers actually being true. I just desperately wanted the truth. I was looking for the truth, what was true, what was life actually about. I was also looking for God, because I thought that truth and God were one. That's what brought me to Aba Al Sadiq, my yearning to have a life in complete service to God. So God put in my way my husband. At that time he was not my husband, He was a friend in an ashram in Portugal, and he had his brother in this community.

My husband had a dream that changed his life, while visiting the community of Aba Al-Sadiq in Germany, and it forced me to look at it with the sincerity of one willing to find God anywhere.

Through that time, Allah gave me experiences I could not deny nor shake. God proved to me with signs how connected I was to this path, answered questions, and gave me insights that made me understand that I belong to this place and this is where God is.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

Those were the early stages of the Dawa, and I was coming from a completely different part of the world, with a completely different mindset. Pledging allegiance was the logical step to take after my heart was taken by the truthfulness of this dawa. My allegiance was out of the love I had for father (Aba Al-Sadiq) in my heart, for truth in my heart, for God in my heart. It was a way to state that this life is for having an honest life, aligned in every aspect with whatever God considered important.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I joined him in Germany in August 2018, and I came from Uruguay.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

Before I joined Aba Al-Sadiq, I was living in Switzerland with my now husband. At that time, we were following the steps of Advaita Vedanta. We wanted to wake up like Buddha from this illusion, from this world. We wanted to be free from the ego. I was working in a restaurant in Switzerland when my husband had a dream that revealed to him that what we were following was not true, and that this path was the truth. After that, I went back to my country because I needed to have my own confirmations through my own relationship with God. I wanted to know for myself.

I already knew what my husband thought was good. I knew what my parents thought was good. I knew what the world wanted from me. But I needed to know directly from God. I wanted to take steps towards something that was 100% confirmed by my own experience (I always had this clear idea that I could never blame anyone for the outcome of my destiny except myself). So at that time, I was back in Uruguay. While slowly connecting to the Dawa and to this whole world that was so foreign to me — Islam — I discovered something. Even though there were so many misconceptions about Islam, when I first heard that Islam means submission, I loved it. It resonated deeply with me.

At that time in Uruguay I was trying to help the world, going out in the streets, giving tea, food, and clothes to people. I was studying yoga for kids, training to become a teacher. I was also studying Chinese medicine. I was doing carpentry. I had a friend who was a carpenter, and he allowed me to be in his workshop and try things out. But all these activities were really just ways to buy time while I was sorting out my destiny and understanding what God wanted from me, and where God was. I was living in a small rented room to have silence and peace of mind. I started to pray in a Muslim way, connecting with the words and understanding their meaning. It was very insightful.

I’ve always been an artist — writing, playing guitar, painting, creating. That was my life and my identity. But before going to the Advaita Vedanta ashram, I felt ready to step out of that identity and to just seek God. Whatever God wanted to bring back to me, if it was meant to be, it would be. I was no longer attached to any of those things. I jumped.

It’s difficult to think that we gave up anything, especially after all this time being here. If there is anything I could testify to, it is the words of Jesus when he said: “Don’t worry about tomorrow, about food or clothes, for doesn’t God take care of the birds?” That is exactly how it has been here.

My life before was beautiful, but here it became something even deeper. If I had brothers, sisters, and family before, He gave me even better ones — pure angels as brothers and sisters. If I had parents, He gave me the best Father and the best Mother. He gave me the best husband. He gave me the best days and the best nights, the best food and the best care. He gave me the best of works, because not only do I love my work, but any work done here, you know, it is contributing to God's plan to make the whole world better. Being here blesses and gives meaning to every single aspect of our lives, in every second. It is as if God Himself wanted to show us that whatever we think we are giving up, He replaces it with something a thousand times better. There is no end to goodness.

So if someone asked me what I gave up, I would say: after eight years here, I can’t say that I gave up anything. My understanding now is that nothing ever belonged to me anyway. My whole existence is because God created me, because He wanted me here, because He makes my heart beat and my mind think and my intellect recognize Him, and His logic and narrative above everything else.

It was actually a shame that I ever thought anything belonged to me at all.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

I believe that once you find God in creation, once you find the veil through which God talks to creation and takes care of creation.. there is this phrase in the Bhagavad Gita that Krishna says to Arjuna about walking with God "you have to abandon hope.." When I read it, I knew there was truth in it, but it only became understandable for me in my experience on this path. Because when you have Aba Al-Sadiq, you don’t need hope any more. When you have God with you, you don’t need hope any more. The phrase would be: "who needs hope when we have you?" Because anything you have hoped for, He surpasses that infinite times over. And it’s not about holding hopes in your mind, thinking that they are going to get better. No, it’s about the things you would not even imagine were possible. Or maybe in the deepest, deepest depths of your heart, you wished or you knew anything and everything was possible, and that God is more real than anything else we have experienced in life.

But you have to understand our mindset. You have to understand what we believe in. We believe that God is calling everybody. We believe that the world has been taken over by Satan, and he is hiding behind every authority figure, be that religious, political, or whatever it is. If that authority has not been appointed by God, like any other prophet or messenger in the Bible or Quran or Torah, or..or... then that person has not been chosen by God.

So we believe that all the pain in the world, all the lack of equity, all the hunger, all the injustices, all the fear, and all the darkness in the world and in human beings exists because God is not in power. We understand that as human beings we have always had the need for justice, equity, love and peace for everybody. And now we understand why the world doesn’t have it and why we need it: because it is in God’s interest that this is the case. It is the Light of God within ourselves that was always in conflict with the darkness of the world.

Once you get here, you start to see things through the eyes of God, through the narrative of God. You have brothers and sisters that are prophets and messengers, saints, angels, people who have given everything for God in their past lives and again in this life. You see the promises of God, the beauty of God, the intelligence of God, which is beyond intelligence and beyond beauty, and the love of God — to know God in His justice, His faithfulness, and to actually see the veil of God acting. By being here, we get rid of all the darkness we had and all the wrong ideas and misconceptions about God.

We also see the hope that God puts in us: to have us here, to raise us, to feed us, to give us time, to dedicate His life for us. It is such a humbling, beautiful experience. The veil of God in this time becomes the most precious thing anyone can have in their life. He is the most precious thing this world will ever see.

And this is what I have seen. How do I feel? I feel loved in the true sense. I feel grateful. And what I have seen is that fearlessly, someone can step into God’s presence, live with God’s vicegerent, and find him or herself in awe of everything that God has stored for them and for all of creation.

This is the only path where a person can dream of understanding his or her true potential as a human being and discover it only through service to God in creation, and all of creation. This is a race to be good and only good, and all good attributes gifted and created and rooted in God can be experienced in their greatness within ourselves, when we follow the teachings and the guidance of the man that God has chosen to talk to His creation.

This is the door to "know yourself and you will know your God" from Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

I came to know Aba Al-Sadiq through The Arrivals and TADs. It was through these that he introduced us to the Yamani and his claims.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

This question has many layers for me. But on the most basic and evident level, I pledged allegiance to him because he came forward with the very same message that his predecessor, Ahmad Al-Hassan, brought. That alone made it an undeniable truth for me that he is who he claims to be. Beyond that, the personal relationship I had with him further affirmed my conviction and gave me even more certainty.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I first joined Aba Al-Sadiq in 2012 at the beginning of his community building efforts in Egypt. I had come from Trinidad and Tobago. After a period of absence, I later rejoined him in Europe.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

Before joining him, like many others, I had personal goals and ambitions. But in our youth, those of us who gathered in Egypt willingly gave those up. We simply wanted to be servants of Imam Mahdi and his companions, in whatever capacity we could.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

Since my return, I’ve witnessed tremendous growth in the community. To see how far it has come from where it started is nothing short of miraculous. People of all races and cultures have united under a man sent by God, under the banner of God's supremacy and service to humanity. The dedication and will everyone has shown to help develop the foundations of a divine just state is truly an extraordinary and beautiful thing to witness.

How did you find Abdullah Hashem?

I found Aba Al-Sadiq when I watched The Arrivals in 2008 and he was in one of the first 10 episodes. When I saw him, I knew that this man, who is the inspiration behind The Arrivals, is definitely enforced by God. So that led me to continue to watch his works and explore his productions and I became a dedicated follower of his content.

Why did you pledge allegiance to him?

Number one, on a human level, Aba Al-Sadiq proved himself to the entire community that was living with him. He proved himself to be that God-enforced individual who is receiving revelation, receiving inspiration and the most humane amongst all of us; so for him to have that appointment from God made complete sense on a human level. But also he was enforced by Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan who showed how his name was mentioned in the will, he was named as Abdullah in the will. He displayed his divine knowledge and he never relented in his principles, and his main principle was standing for the supremacy of God. So that was proof, in and of itself, that he deserved our allegiance.

When did you join him and where did you come from to join him?

I joined him in 2011 and I came from Pakistan.

What did you do in your life before you joined him and what did you give up?

I was studying medicine and I stopped studying it. I was in first year. I was doing biotechnology. I got into medical university but I said to myself – No! – because I did not want to continue with that path, and I wanted to join the community that was gathering in Egypt. That was in 2011 December 5th. I gave up my family, my country, my culture and my career.

How do you feel about joining his community and what have you seen since joining him?

I feel like there was no life before that and there was no purpose. Before joining the community, it was a very cold, selfish, self-centred goal that life presented, which was very unfulfilling. I really despised it actually. I did not enjoy living that kind of lifestyle. It was very, you know, self serving because, also, my background is well-off, my family are well-off. Everything was very comfortable. It was a nice life and it made me miserable. Joining the community made me able to do what I wanted to do, which is live like Aba Al-Sadiq was living, which is by serving other human beings, which is the entire point of being who we are and where we are. So what I received coming to the community was actually not being a hypocrite any more, being able to live by what I believed in.

I feel like before I came here God was not real, He was a hope, He was a concept. Now the idea of having a God and knowing God Himself and going towards God, which is the Goal of the Wise, has become a realistic path, and before joining the community there was nothing like that because there was no Imam of the time. Now there's an Imam of the time, now there's a focal point, now all religions make sense. The religion is inclusive towards all people and they're all included. What I feel is true hope and true worth and that there is a point to life now. Before this, there was no point.

ree

So, there is a common theme which is visible to anyone who approaches these stories with a rational objective stance. They all sought answers which could not be provided by any established institution or book. They all found those answers emanating from the same compelling source. They recognised this source as being truly divinely inspired, forcing them to take him very seriously. They therefore took his claims very seriously and, as such, declared their recognition of his divine authority. This authority has not and will not be refuted by any mortal because it cannot be, by divine decree.

As Abdullah Hashem continues to bring forth truths and propagate his message through the divine call he has constructed as commanded over the past decade, we see the people flock to his call. These waves of people accepting his message are forcing the religious orders of the world to pay attention to him and his call. Since the beginning of 2025, we have seen a huge intensification of media attention directed at discrediting him, yet even with all of that, we still see people recognising the Truth he is propagating. Jesus said “The Truth shall set you free”.

The Truth is today setting people free from the invisible shackles of societal norms and expectations. Those who have eyes to see and ears to hear with pure hearts to recognise his light are freeing themselves by choosing to follow Abdullah Hashem in his Divine Mission – the mission to free mankind from the Satanic material order of the world. The age old battle between Light and darkness continues today in the human struggle for the lost souls out there. The playing field has never been so level with the message of Light reaching the people uncorrupted unlike those which came before, because, for the first time in history – the messenger is alive and his message is spreading within his lifetime while he himself is still living and not compiled after his death by invisible hands which are driven by little known hidden agendas.

So in summary, the message is kept pure by the one who is tasked with bringing the message to the people by the Almighty God.

The Objective Truth does not pander to any opinions and it does not alter to satisfy one group over another, instead it requires that an individual must alter their own perception of reality in order to be accepting of something far greater than themselves – a reality based on fact and indisputable proof and evidence. Nobody has been able to provide anything close to what Abdullah Hashem Aba Al-Sadiq – the claimant of the Holy Will of prophet Mohammed – has brought and continues to bring forth. This, in summary, is why we see so many people, from all walks of life, drop everything to be with and serve him, propagating his cause.
